Responsibilities

Executive Administrative Assistant -Design Engineering Software (DES) - SVP Support Position Summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Senior Vice President of the Design Engineering Software (DES) business. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a "can-do" attitude, handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the SVP's complex calendar, including global meeting coordination and logistics
  • Prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, and accommodations
  • Monitor and triage incoming emails, flagging urgent matters and responding as appropriate
  • Prepare and reconcile travel and business expense reports in compliance with company policy
  • Review and approve expense reports
  • Maintain awareness of key business deadlines (e.g., performance reviews, goal setting) and coordinate with HR and Chief of Staff
  • Organize logistics for internal and external meetings, customer visits, and special events
  • Serve as a liaison between the SVP and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Collaborate with other executive assistants across Keysight
  • Lead or contribute to special projects, including process improvements and tool implementations
  • Stay current with company systems, tools, and administrative procedures

This role will be based at our Santa Clara, CA office and work onsite daily, (M-F)


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of executive-level administrative experience; 10-15 years preferred
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other IT tools preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and positive demeanor
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and integrity
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
