Warranty Administrator
Location:East Syracuse Job ID: #71165 Pay Range: $18 - $21 Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Flexibility for hybrid schedule based on performance/business needs. Mondays & Fridays are work from home days but subject to change. * Process warranty claims/cases on a day-to-day basis * Provide support to our Distributor Network * Communicate warranty coverage updates to our Distribution Network * Ensure that product model/serial numbers are loaded into our system * Communicate with Distributor Warranty Admins via email and telephone How the Product Registration Team helps our customers: * Provide website navigation instruction for registering products online * Register equipment for homeowners when customer has no internet access * Provide customer warranty information * Make corrections to product registrations as needed by homeowners, dealers, or distributors * Refer customer to correct person/team when not a registration issue * Provide customer with product registration confirmations when needed * 2+ years experience in customer service * 2+ years experience with Word/Excel/PowerPoint * Salesforce experience preferred HS Diploma/GED Benefits provided:401K,medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
