Job Description Manage the team responsible for general maintenance and routine upkeep of the company's facilities and equipment. Oversee all physical aspects of the plant including service of electrical and mechanical systems; maintenance of production equipment, physical plant, utilities, and grounds; and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements Responsibilities:
Creates, schedules, implements, and manages a preventive maintenance program including the ability to predict machinery failure for production machinery and equipment by utilizing CMMS software. Evaluates jobs in process and on completion to ensure products meet safety and work quality expectations. Manages jobs in progress in a timely manner to meet production standards. Facilitates proper maintenance of all parts and areas of the facility including machinery and buildings. Conducts machinery analysis as needed, participates in audits/inspections. Procures materials for tool and parts, maintenance supplies, and repair parts to maintain inventory & critical to production spares list as required. Suggests, plans, and oversees equipment needs and acquisition to maximize production efficiency and return. Oversees and plans the layout of electrical and mechanical equipment; recommends and implements modifications to facilities. Maintain clean and organized work area. Support CMMS site set up, deployment and drive ongoing interaction for the purpose of making smarter maintenance management decisions that help reduce maintenance costs, control the budget, analyze everyday maintenance problems, and assign proper resource. Oversees, schedules and coordinates daily work assignments of maintenance team, electrical, and mechanical operation workers.

Qualifications
Bachelors Related Field required 5+ Years of experience in industrial equipment/facility maintenance as a Manager is required 5+ Years of experience in 2 axis, 3-axis and 5-axis machine maintenance 5+ Years of experience in laser system (Bystronic) maintenance 5+ Years of experience in robotic welding system maintenance 5+ Years of experience in automated powder coat system maintenance 5+ Years of experience in plasma cutting system maintenance 5+ Years of experience in fabrication equipment maintenance (saws, welders, press brakes, etc.) Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute for a Bachelors.
