Staffmark is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drafter to support a locally trusted manufacturer specializing in custom air vent systems. If you have a passion for precision and experience in technical drafting, this is a great opportunity to contribute to high-quality, made-to-spec products in a collaborative environment.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $18 - $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Use AutoCAD and Enventor to design and draft custom air vent systems
  • Prepare accurate technical drawings based on engineering input and specifications
  • Revise and update designs to reflect customer changes or production adjustments
  • Work closely with engineers, project managers, and production teams
  • Ensure designs meet industry standards and internal guidelines




Qualifications:



  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Enventor
  • Previous drafting/design experience-HVAC or manufacturing industry preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and specs
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Clear communication and a team-oriented mindset
