A quality auditor provides overall support of product and processes through the use of the Flambeau Inc. Quality Management System (QMS). Audit overall assigned process area for conformance to both internal and customer standards and requirements. Support plant with ongoing activities including continuous improvement. Responsibilities * Assist with training for quality related activities as necessary * Accurately complete inspection forms and reports for all products. All forms and reports must be clear and complete * Become certified to be an ISO 9001:2015 internal auditor * Check the labeling and packaging complies with customer requirements * Analyze parts to evaluate them for visual/appeared defects. Assist with creation and maintenance of visual inspection standards for new and existing products * Report out observations/opportunity for improvements to Quality management * May periodically work on other work assignments, other shifts, and work overtime and/or weekends to assist with coverage and unusual circumstances * Be able to adhere to all company policies, guidelines, and safety requirements * Ability to learn and retain knowledge of ERP system (Dworks) * Good attendance record * Ability to work independently and learn on the job * Exceptional attention to detail * Other duties as assigned Education and Skill Requirements * High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. * Basic computer skills Physical Demand * Standing, walking and bending for periods of up to 8 hours at a time * Reaching, feeling, handling or grasping and detecting part inconsistencies and variances by sight and touch * Lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling 40 pound or less
