PAY RANGE: $15 - $27.20 / hour Compensation is determined based on your experience and qualifications. The Operations Technician collaboratively supports agronomy and energy services by handling, maintaining, and delivering products, operating equipment, and performing facility maintenance. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and teamwork while managing crop protection inputs, energy products, and agricultural tasks in compliance with operational and regulatory standards. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Operate blending and mixing equipment to prepare agricultural products as directed.
- Load and unload energy products and agricultural crop production inputs, including fertilizers, seed, and crop protection products, while adhering to proper safety procedures.
- Assist with the handling, delivery, and storage of energy products, including fuel, propane, and lubricants, ensuring timely delivery to customers and providing excellent customer service and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of product deliveries, inventory, and compliance inspections.
- Operate and maintain energy equipment, such as fuel tanks, trucks, and pumps, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing equipment while performing inspections, routine maintenance, and cleaning energy delivery vehicles, agronomy equipment, and facilities to ensure reliability, compliance, safety, and efficiency.
- Manage inventory by receiving, storing, and organizing agronomy products.
- Assist in documenting and recording company products, including inventory, deliveries, and usage, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Maintain thorough paperwork for compliance, tracking product application, and adhering to regulatory standards. Ensure proper product handling, storage, and distribution documentation to support operational efficiency and customer service.
- Keep warehouses, storage areas, and equipment clean and organized.
- Follow industry safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and company policies to ensure safe operations.

REQUIREMENTS
- Educations and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in agriculture and energy work is preferred.
- Familiarity with agronomy and energy products, including safe handling of hazardous materials.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and maintain equipment.
- Experience with inventory management preferred.
