  • Manage inbound interest from marketing and referral channels, qualifying and converting prospects into active opportunities
  • Own the entire sales cycle-from initial discovery to proposal delivery, objection handling, and close
  • Clearly articulate the value of ESG consulting and third-party attestation, with alignment to frameworks such as the Climate Disclosure rules, CSRD/ESRS, ISSB/SASB/TCFD, GHG Protocol, and more
  • Develop and grow channel and partner relationships that generate long-term opportunity flow
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) to track outreach, pipeline stage, and performance metrics

  • Represent Sensiba at virtual and in-person industry events to drive awareness and uncover new opportunities
  • Provide feedback to help refine messaging, tools, and processes based on real-world insights
  • Stay current on ESG market developments, regulations, and industry best practices through regular training and self-learning

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales-ideally in SaaS, ESG, sustainability, or compliance-related industries
  • A track record of independently sourcing, managing, and closing new business
  • Familiarity with ESG and sustainability frameworks (e.g., CSRD, ISSB, GHG Protocol, CDP) and SaaS platforms such as Greenly, Workiva, Persefoni, or Watershed
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools-Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and marketing automation platforms a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to tailor messaging and navigate complex conversations
