VIE Human Ressources Business Partner - US, Houston

The HR Generalist/Business Partner will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's human resources function, with a focus on international mobility, data management, and providing strategic HR support to a designated business function. This role requires a versatile individual who can manage diverse responsibilities, from handling complex international assignments to ensuring data integrity and driving HR projects

Key Responsabilities




  • International Mobility: Manage international assignments, including relocation, visas, tax matters, and compliance, while supporting assignees throughout their journey.



  • HR Data Management: Ensure accuracy of HRIS data, perform audits, generate reports, and maintain data privacy compliance.



  • HRBP Support: Act as HRBP for a designated function, advising on employee relations, performance, and talent development.



  • HR Projects: Lead or contribute to HR initiatives such as policy updates, job title standardization, and process improvements.



  • General HR Support: Assist with onboarding, recruitment, and day-to-day employee support.




Qualifications :



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, with a focus on international mobility and data management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with international assignees
