Staffmark is hiring a full-time Blender Operator in Stanton, CA! Join a dynamic production team with a company committed to quality, safety, and employee development.

Pay: $18.00/hour

Shifts Available:



  • 1st Shift or 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday
  • Rotating weekends or overtime may apply based on production needs



Responsibilities:



  • Set up, operate, and maintain blending equipment
  • Perform start-up, changeover, shutdown, and basic preventive maintenance
  • Follow standardized work instructions, recipes, and safety procedures
  • Receive, verify, sift, blend, and stage ingredients accurately
  • Attach labels and tags to finished products and packaging
  • Conduct quality checks and report any deviations to the supervisor
  • Keep workspace clean, organized, and compliant with GMP standards
  • Participate in required training and cross-train in other areas as needed
  • Safely lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks for up to 500 lbs



What You Bring:



  • 1+ year of experience in manufacturing or production
  • Previous blending/mixing experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow production documents and safety manuals
  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment (standing, lifting, stooping, reaching)
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
  • Ability to follow all PPE and workplace safety guidelines
