As a Software Developer, you will:

• Create applications for clients based on defined specifications.
• Identify issues with functionality, provide production support and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Consult with business to define specifications and create applications.
• Resolve moderately complex issues related to application functionality
• Lead integrated, cross functional team to implement web-based business solutions.

Required:

• Good critical and analytical thinking and excellent customer service skills.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Expert knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, and Ruby on Rails.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Four years of related experience.
• MCSE preferred
