Position: Lead OSINT Specialized Tradecraft and Training and Development Support
Location: Reston, VA
Clearance: TS/SCI
Job Description:
Mission Essential is seeking an OSINT Specialized Tradecraft and Training and Development Support Lead for a new dynamic contract. The contractor shall lead the training team to conduct training needs assessments, identify gaps in the current knowledge and skills of employees and manage recommended training programs tailored to address emerging open source challenges and opportunities. Duties include but are not limited to:
* Overseas advanced OSINT tradecraft training, implements new TTPs, and leads instructional sessions on tradecraft
* Design and development of specialized OSINT Training Programs and provide recommendations for training on new technologies and OSINT tradecraft, and provide input on "skills gap analysis"
Requirements:
* Twelve (12) years of experience and a Master's degree in OSINT, Intelligence Studies, or related field OR have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
* Extensive training experience required
* Experience in intelligence analysis or instructional experience
* Must have experience in the last two years in this field
* TS/SCI Clearance
