Job Description:
Mission Essential is seeking a Task Order Program Manager (TOPM) to manage the EWOKS Task Order. The TOPM shall serve as the Government's main POC and provide overall leadership and guidance for all Contractor personnel assigned to the task order.
* Manage project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.
* Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities.
* Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems.
* Manage the timeliness, completeness, and quality of problem identification.
* Provide corrective action plans, proposal submittals, timely identification of issues, and effective management of subcontractors.
* Ensure all contractor personnel provide customer satisfaction, display professionalism, and demonstrate ethical behavior.
* Establish clear organizational lines of authority and responsibility to ensure effective management of the resources assigned to the requirement.
Qualifications:
* Twelve (12) years of full-time IC PM experience. Desired candidates would have experience as PM of technical intelligence and support services teams.
* Master's degree in Intelligence Studies or related field; OR have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree
