About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to join our high-performing team. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in advancing medical education and connecting world-class brands with influential healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of sponsorships, exhibit space, and integrated marketing solutions across four cornerstone events.

Your Impact

As our Sales Executive, you'll ignite connections, drive revenue, and help shape the future of longevity medicine education. You'll report to the Sales Director and work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure best-in-class customer service and seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages across multiple flagship events (A4M BHRT, Women's Health Summit, Cognition360, and related programs).
  • Own and convert inbound leads while crafting targeted outbound campaigns to build new business pipelines.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with healthcare brands, solution providers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Represent the portfolio as a first point of contact for prospective sponsors and exhibitors.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business to meet and exceed individual revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting using Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with operations to manage booth allocation and exhibit hall floorplans.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and promote aligned products and service offerings across the portfolio.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including call volume, proposals sent, and closed revenue.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience; experience selling sponsorships, media, or exhibitions is highly preferred.
  • A self-starter with excellent prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Confident communicator with a professional presence across phone, video, and in-person interactions.
  • Highly organized and results-oriented, with strong CRM and reporting skills (Salesforce experience a plus).
  • Passionate about healthcare innovation, education, or the wellness/longevity space.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple events simultaneously.
