This position is for a financial credit analyst supporting credit processes within the North America Credit Team, specifically our Federal Team. The role will collaborate with various MSI groups as well as customers to support order release, billing, project reconciliations, and timely cash collections. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement based in Chicago, IL.

  • Review incoming customer orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and contractual agreements

  • Verify pricing and terms of sale against approved quotes and agreements

  • Work with sales and order management teams to resolve any discrepancies or missing information

  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any accounts receivable issues while ensuring timely collections within payment terms

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between customer orders, invoices, and payments

  • Address customer inquiries related to orders and billing in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot errors and implement corrective actions

  • Support the implementation of automation tools and process enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements in order validation and billing activities

  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance reviews.

Target Base Salary Range: $56,900 - $66,000 USD

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
