Your Opportunity:Taylor Prime Labels & Packaging, Taylor Corporation's prime labels and flexible packaging division, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing new relationships to increase sales of our organization's label and packaging products and interacting and maintaining relationships with prospective customers. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand client needs.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, research and pursue new incoming sales leads through multiple sources; online, referral and related marketing and prospecting activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct product solution presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our offerings
  • Facilitate and provide pricing and product application information to meet the customers' use cases
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and improve offerings based on customer feedback

You Must Have:

  • An associate's degree or its equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience as an inside sales and/or account manager, ideally selling printed product packaging; product labels, flexible packaging, folding carton, etc.
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to operate within an organization independently
  • A relentless attitude towards growth - strong desire to champion sustained growth
  • Expertise and skills in prospect engagement along with a genuine passion for developing new business
  • Extensive and advanced phone and email communication skills to effectively engage and build trust quickly
  • Effective strategic relationship building skills both internally/externally
  • Ability to create interest and close prospect opportunities utilizing multiple business development strategies
  • Ability to understand client challenges/objectives and align capabilities to deliver a high value proposition
  • Experience making presentations, performing value-focused negotiations, and closing business
  • General knowledge and use of Salesforce
  • Able to support select industry trade shows and expos as needed with limited travel

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $40,000-$60,000, plus an opportunity to earn commission on sales. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
