Cath Lab Tech

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team. The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Certification: ARRT(R) (NJ License required - can be obtained prior to start), or RCIS
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required
• 2-3 years of current Cath Lab (CV) experience required
• Neuro experience preferred
• Must have Cardiac Cath Lab and Vascular Experience
• Must have experience with PPM Implants and Vascular procedures
• No blocked scheduling
• May float for Wayne Campus

Charting experience with Client Mac Lab and Cerner is preferred.

Types of procedures include:

• Cardiac cath
• PCI
• Fistogram
• Vascular Angiogram
• PTA
• PPM Implant

Experience with the following equipment is required:

• IVUS
• PFR
• IFR

Must have experience with scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring procedures for cardiac cath and vascular invasive procedures using a Philips x-ray machine. Knowledge of procedures, 2HC/RHC/PCI, Peripheral Angiogram, PTA, and PPM Implant is essential.

1st time travelers are accepted.

Scrubs are provided by the hospital and changed daily. Candidates can bring their own lead aprons, but the unit will provide as needed. Acrylic or artificial nails are not permitted, and nails must be kept clean and short. Polish designs should not be distracting.

Work Schedule: Day 4x10-Hour (09:00 - 19:00)

Call Required: Minimum of at least 7 days of call during the month, including weekends & holidays.
