Summary
Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the overall operational efficiency and effectiveness of the organization through managing various aspects of the company's operations, streamlining processes, and driving strategic initiatives to achieve operational excellence. No Essential Functions -Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute the company's strategic goals and objectives. -Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and reduce costs. -Foster effective communication and collaboration among various departments and stakeholders within the organization. -Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators to track and evaluate the operational performance of the organization. -Collaborate with finance and other departments to develop and manage the operational budget. -Optimize resource allocation and utilization to ensure efficient operations while maintaining financial objectives. -Identify operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. -Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects and initiatives. Education Bachelor's Degree Operations Management required or Master's Degree Related Field of Study preferred or Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Experience Operations Management Experience 8-10+ years required and Management Experience 5-7 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Comprehensive understanding of business operations, financial management, and key performance indicators. - Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in operations management. - Proficiency in project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively. - Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Strong problem-solving skills to identify operational issues, evaluate alternatives, and make effective decisions. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and managing ambiguity effectively.
