Position Overview:The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the recruiting team and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. This position is responsible for managing interview logistics, maintaining accurate data in applicant tracking systems, posting job openings, and handling communication throughout the hiring process.
In addition to daily coordination tasks, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is also involved in identifying opportunities to improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience. This includes helping to update processes, implement changes, and support ongoing improvements within the talent acquisition function. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners, this role contributes to the company's ability to attract, engage, and hire top talent effectively and efficiently.
This is considered an essential onsite role, which requires regular onsite attendance.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm
Responsibilities:
Assist with human resource programs and processes in support of DigiKey employees and candidates Effectively convey information and updates to candidates and hiring teams, ensuring clear and transparent interactions via phone, email, text and/or in-person Support the TA team in data collection with creating accurate reporting Update SOP processes as needed to ensure Talent Acquisition (TA) processes are updated to current TA best practices Greet candidates for onsite interviews, provide tours, and guide candidates between meetings during interviews and onboarding Coordinate and attend job fairs and similar hiring events. Manage registrations, order and organize give-away items and collateral for hiring events. Coordinate recap notes following events Assist in creating templates and posting job requisitions in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Process hiring-related records including Federal I-9 forms. Manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently, balancing the needs of candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers appropriately Ensure completion of pre-employment paperwork and monitor background check and drug screen information. Communicate with candidates regarding outstanding items. Escalate findings as appropriate Perform regular audits and process reviews of rehire, bonus, and relocation documentation to maintain data integrity and alignment to corporate policies Maintain human resource information system records and reports in accordance with appropriate storage and retention practices and policies Continuously seek and implement improvements to streamline, automate, and enhance the talent acquisition process; ensure all process documentation is updated accordingly Monitor and drive cyclical processes around policy reviews, and reporting; actioning updates as appropriate Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of administrative, HR, or recruiting coordination or relevant, equivalent experience Experience with data processing and document management Customer service focus with the ability to relate to the candidates and our internal customers to create a positive customer engagement environment High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects at once Strong technical aptitude with a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies Ability to create, read and interpret data to support the TA team. Strong understanding of the core values and key functions within DigiKey Ability to manage confidential and privileged information with a high degree of professionalism Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Physical Requirements:
Generally, spend the workday sitting or standing at a workstation and operating computer devices, such as, but not limited to keyboard, mouse, screen and headset. Generally, spend the workday performing repetitive motions that involve or affect the hands, head, and other parts of your body Capable of spending 8 hours a day walking/standing on concrete
Compensation:
The base pay range for this position is: $22.00
to $28.00
