Asset Mgmnt. Document. Specialist Mech. Design/Eng gtl

Primary Responsibilities:

1st - Remote

Review equipment design plans and Bills of Materials (BOM) to accurately document every individual part of machinery into an SAP system.

Record detailed information for each component, including manufacturer details, part numbers, quantities, and specifications.

Ability to review and understand engineering blueprints and bill of materials

Ensure data entry accuracy to support inventory management and streamline the identification and replacement of parts when needed.

Purpose of the Role:

This role focuses on meticulous documentation of mechanical parts to improve inventory tracking, enhance maintenance efficiency, and simplify the process of part replacement when failures occur.

Qualifications:

Experience ranging from Entry-Level to Senior Mechanical Designers.

Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document technical information.

Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management systems is a plus.

No CAD work required.
