The ReviewerCommunications Manager leads the development and delivery of communication strategies that drive reviewer engagement and strengthen relationships with the research community. They are responsible for crafting clear, consistent, and compelling messaging across all channels, internally and externally, and ensuring that reviewers are informed, supported, and connected to Springer Nature's mission. A key part of the role is designing and communicating training initiatives for reviewers, aligning content and delivery with broader communication goals to create a seamless and engaging reviewer experience. The role-holder will work closely with teams across the business - including Reviewer Engagement, Editor Engagement, Recruitment, Marketing, Publishing, and the Product & Platform Group - to ensure communications and training are integrated, impactful, and aligned with business priorities. Reviewer satisfaction is a critical success metric for the role, with Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) forming core KPIs. Responsibilities

US Annualized Base Salary Range: $70,000 - 82,000. The salary offer may vary based on work experience, education, skill level and equity. The US salary range does not align with the salary ranges in other countries when converted to the currency of that country.
