Remote MUST: Secret clearance required with ability to obtain TS Experienced DevSecOps Quality Assurance Subject Matter Expert (SME) Minimum 10 years of experience in DevSecOps testing roles supporting enterprise software implementations in government or defense environments. Demonstrated expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and associated RICE-W components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows). Proficient in automated testing tools and scripting languages used in CI/CD environments; experience integrating automated testing into secure delivery pipelines. Strong knowledge of Agile testing methodologies and experience working in Scrum-based teams. Familiarity with government testing standards, compliance protocols, and test data management practices. Skilled in test case design, defect tracking, regression testing, and test documentation development. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Bachelors preferred DUTIES: Seeking a highly experienced DevSecOps Quality Assurance Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide comprehensive testing support across all phases of the system development lifecycle. This role is critical in ensuring enterprise system reliability, compliance, and deployment success through automation, traceability, and performance validation. The ideal candidate will bring 10 years of experience in automated testing, DevSecOps integration, and enterprise ERP validation within secure government environments. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Execute all phases of testing in alignment with the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) and enterprise quality assurance requirements. Provide direct support to the Government Chief Developmental Tester and serve as an active member of the Integrated Test Team (ITT). Participate in and support Test Integrated Product Teams (Test IPTs) to address specific testing challenges and ensure stakeholder alignment. Utilize government-approved test tools to create and maintain automated and manual test artifacts, including test plans, scripts, traceability matrices, and test reports. Maintain complete and accurate test status documentation, including requirement coverage, release validation, and defect tracking using government-specified systems. Lead efforts to identify and automate suitable test cases, and maintain automation scripts to support regression, functional, and performance testing. Support deployment of capabilities to test environments, perform installation checkouts, and resolve defects in collaboration with development teams and service providers. Troubleshoot issues in the CI/CD pipeline and contribute to root cause analysis and resolution efforts. Manage user and role-based access to test environments; ensure accurate mapping of permissions to organizational and workload structures. Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure end-to-end quality and compliance. Monitor the operational performance of automated testing tools and services; escalate and coordinate resolution of technical issues as required. Prepare and maintain testing documentation aligned with compliance and audit standards. Perform additional duties as assigned to support continuous test optimization and mission readiness.
