Job Description Summary The ADA/504 Administrator position provides institutional leadership and overall responsibility for coordinating Wake Forest University's efforts to provide an accessible and inclusive campus for qualified individuals with disabilities in compliance with American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (Section 504), and their implementing regulations, and other relevant state and federal laws for all University programs, services and activities.This position is responsible for oversight of applicable University policies, including handling the disability and pregnancy accommodation process for faculty and staff and the non-academic accommodation process for students. This position is also responsible for managing student disability grievance procedures, coordinating institutional resources, and advising university officials on the reasonable accommodation process and accessibility requirements. The Administrator closely collaborates with multiple University offices and divisions including, but not limited to, the Center for Learning, Access, and Student Success ("CLASS") Office, Human Resources, Legal Department, and the Office of Accessible Technology. This role oversees disability accommodations for faculty and staff, as well as grievances related to student accommodations. Job Description Essential Functions: Under the supervision of the Executive Director, provides leadership, coordination, administration, and oversight to advance the University's priorities relating to access and accessibility.
