Job Title: Dentist Location: Pueblo CO 81003 Duration: 3 months to long term Shift: 07:00 AM -05:00 PM (Mon- Thu) Hours/week: 40 hr./week Job Description: A dentist is a healthcare professional who diagnoses and treats diseases and conditions of the teeth, gums, and other parts of the mouth . They provide a wide range of services, including preventative care, restorative treatments, and surgical procedures. Dentists also educate patients on oral hygiene and disease prevention. Role & Responsibilities: Performing procedures: Dentists perform a variety of procedures, such as fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and implants. Preventive care: Providing advice on oral hygiene, including brushing techniques, flossing, and the use of fluoride, as well as applying sealants and performing teeth cleanings. Administering anesthetics: Ensuring patient comfort during procedures by administering local or general anesthesia. Diagnosing and treating oral health issues: This includes examining patients, identifying problems, and developing treatment plans.
