What You Will Be Doing

The Unity Product Consultant for Wealth Services designs practice solutions to ensure engagements meet client needs, business requirements and future business growth objectives.

  • Foster strong client relationships by leveraging subject matter expertise to define consulting engagements and resolve complex design and strategic challenges.
  • Lead the resolution of intricate and unique issues, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate the client experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g. product management, development, sales, executive leadership) to support successful solution design, sales strategies, and future product innovations.
  • Establish thought leadership by building strategic networks with key decision-makers and representing FIS in executive-level client engagements.
  • Proactively identify and address business, technological, and regulatory challenges, recommending enhancements to processes, products, or services.
  • Support pre-sales efforts by partnering with Sales and Account Management to develop proposals, negotiate pricing, plan engagements, and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
  • Mentor and train team members, fostering the growth of Wealth Managed Services expertise across the organization.
  • Travel as needed to client locations to support engagement success and relationship development.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
  • Typically, at least 15 years of progressive experience in wealth management or financial technology, with a strong track record of cultivating and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Widely regarded as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field of wealth management by industry peers.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, including the articulation of complex ideas, strategic vision, and the ability to command executive-level presence.
  • Demonstrated leadership in defining and implementing service offerings across multiple high-impact projects.
  • Advanced financial planning and management expertise, with the capability to analyze statistical data and apply sound judgment in strategic business decisions.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $148,310.00 - $249,160.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
