Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate and support day-to-day marketing activities. Core responsibilities include content creation, campaign execution, website updates, managing social media and email marketing efforts, maintaining advertising calendars and submissions, and assisting with catalogs and cut sheets. This role also supports tradeshow coordination and logistics, and helps ensure marketing assets and materials are well-organized and up to date.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist and attend as needed with the merchandising of trade shows throughout the year including assisting with booth selection, managing promotional items, generating e-blasts and completing any needed marketing collateral.
  2. Coordinate and manage print and digital marketing tools, including catalogs, flyers, promotions, e-mail blasts, newsletters, social media, and web updates.
  3. Coordinate compelling branding, product, program and partnership information through print and online advertising, editorials, and website improvements to drive continued sales growth.
  4. Coordinate photoshoots as needed featuring our newest products, as well as, product identified that need new photography.
  5. Maintain website by keeping all information up-to-date, accurate and fresh, coordinate initiatives to increase SEO and lead generation.
  6. Support sales team by coordinating specialized selling tools, catalog pages, PowerPoint presentations and e-merchandising as needed for key customers.
  7. Assist Product Manager in the development of sales tools for sales agencies on all new products including (where appropriate), product release sheets, sell sheets, video, PowerPoint presentations and slides.
  8. Keep a pulse on the competition and identify continuous improvement initiatives to support market share growth.
  9. Collaborate with cross functional teams across the organization to ensure best practices and maximize efficiencies
  10. Identify and propose new marketing initiatives throughout the year.
  11. Create and make decisions based on the annual strategic plan documents

Education and/or Experience

  • 4 year degree from an accredited college in Marketing, Product Development and or Business related field required

Travel

Travel will be within the United States and could be as much as 20% per year.

Computer Skills

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Hands-on experience with HubSpot, CMS platforms, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media marketing tools is highly valued.
