- The primary responsibility of the Ops Project Analyst position is to work within the project team of the Funds Transfer Department.
- The individual should have an understanding of the project life cycle.
- The responsibilities will vary within the project team and may include requirements gathering, design, testing, defect repair, implementation, and reporting.
- The individual must ensure project tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner to ensure that the project team is operating at maximum efficiency to achieve their objectives.
- People Skills:
- Demonstrate quality working relationships with others in the group, as well as with internal parties
- Effectively respond to project team needs and proactively work towards problem avoidance
- Communicate professionally and constructively with team members
- Control/Risk Management:
- Identify, escalate, and communicate defects immediately and appropriately
- Ensure all test scripts are appropriately processed in a timely and accurate manner
- Work to solution project challenges in a timely manner to drive projects forward
- Project Management:
- Participate in all phases of Funds Transfer projects, including requirement gathering, design, testing, and implementation
- Represent Funds Transfer in other departments' projects when necessary
- Leverage knowledge gained from projects to become a Funds Transfer product SME.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of experience in advanced Excel, including fluency with VBA and macro development for process automation and data manipulation
