Phlebotomists service outpatients at the Mass General Cancer Center at Newton-Wellesley Hospital - Assignments may change based on the needs of NWH customers. - Phlebotomists are responsible for sample collection on all patient populations. Responsible for collecting and processing blood specimens from patients for laboratory testing. -High school education. -Completion of a phlebotomy course or previous phlebotomy experience is required. -Experience in phlebotomy of all age groups preferred. - Computer skills and customer service skills required. -The ability to work independent of supervision is preferred. -Valid driver's license required.
