About this Job:

Review, analyze, and interpret loan documents and correspondence to ensure system accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Update accounts and follow up on missing information. Research and resolve clients' deposit-related and loan-related questions and problems.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday. Hours: EST:11:00 AM - 8:00 PM. CST:10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Hybrid Schedule; St. Petersburg, FL:In-office Tuesday-Thursday, Little Rock, AR:Rotating 3-day in-office schedule

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Review and analyze account maintenance and loan documentation

  • Perform quality control checks on new and existing loans

  • Process high-risk tasks such as payment corrections, loan payoffs, and credit bureau disputes

  • Handle full account support including money movements, interest calculations, and 1099 corrections

  • Work from spreadsheets and ticketing systems to meet minute-to-minute SLAs

  • Communicate with clients and third parties via phone, email, and workflow tools

  • Perform general ledger reconciliations and research

  • Support deposit operations including account closures, card requests, and returned items

  • Maintain and update internal procedure manuals

  • Other related duties assigned as needed

Educational Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required

What You Bring:

  • Prior experience in banking operations, teller services, or loan processing

  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite (Teams, Outlook)

  • Experience working with remote desktops and multiple screens

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality control

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing tasks and priorities
