We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead the financial operations of our business unit. This role is responsible for overseeing professional-level accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles and regulations, and the ability to interpret complex financial data for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, cost accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and verify the accuracy of financial reports, including earnings statements, profit and loss summaries, cash flow analysis, and balance sheets.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes; provide financial insights to support business planning.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial guidance and analysis to upper management, including recommendations on resource allocation and cost-saving opportunities.
• Interpret financial records and reports for senior leadership to support decision-making and business performance tracking.
• Monitor and advise on strategies to optimize cash flow and prevent unnecessary capital freezing.
• Supervise and mentor a team of accountants; provide direction, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and work collaboratively across departments.
