Under general supervision, expedites various facility related activities at Sentry Insurance properties. When directed by management or work orders, coordinates moves, furniture installations and reconfigurations. Monitors and coordinates facility work order requests to bring them to a satisfactory conclusion. Assists with facility related vendor management.

We are hiring for a Corporate Services Coordinator at our Madison, WI Office location to assist in the planning and coordination of this activity. What You'll Do

As the Corporate Services Coordinator, you'll have an essential part in the planning and execution of ensuring these moves and transitions are completed efficiently and effectively.

In addition, you'll:

  • Work with the Facilities Managers, Planners, and Coordinators, in conjunction with office management to plan and organize internal and building to building associate office moves nationwide.
  • Responsible for the documentation required by various groups that are responsible for the moves including process descriptions and approvals.
  • Administration of incoming requests and incidents in the Jira Service Desk System.
  • Responsible for new hire orientation ergonomics assessments.
  • Assist with coordination of work from home workstation and equipment setups.
  • Coordinate with associates and medical staff to assist with existing workstation ergonomic evaluations and solutions.
  • Coordinate and schedule with contractors and various vendors for Maintenance/PM and Services as needed.
  • Ensure office seating plans are accurately represented and communicated to the appropriate levels of management.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned and able to accommodate some minimal travel as needed.

What it Takes

  • Associate Degree or 2-5 years equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years facilities coordination, move/furniture management experience preferable in commercial real estate
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills, both internal and external
  • General computer skills
  • Ability to meet lifting requirements of up to 50 lbs or the ability to meet lifting requirements as required based on specific tasks
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record with a valid driver's license
