Estimating Intern/Co-Op (BOND Building)

Core Responsibilities:

• Attend pre-bid meetings/walkthroughs as needed
• Deliver proposals when required
• Perform quantity take-off using OST
• Perform drawing overlays using OST and/or Bluebeam
• Call for pricing from subs and vendors and record results in Smartbidnet
• Assist with estimating data guideline process
• Support lead estimators
• Attend bid walkthroughs
• Other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in construction management, civil engineering or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and able to effectively multitask.
