Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage the Corporate Accounting Services team, oversee day-to-day accounting and treasury operations, and ensure compliance with all applicable financial and accounting regulations.
  • Direct the monthly financial closing process across the corporation, prepare corporate and subsidiary financial statements, and produce timely, accurate and relevant monthly management financial results with analysis and commentary.
  • Coordinate the annual financial budgeting/planning, quarterly financial forecasts and long-range financial projections.
  • Oversee and direct all federal, state and local tax compliance activities.
  • Develop, update and document business processes and accounting policies.
  • Continuously refine and improve management information and internal control systems and procedures needed to deliver accurate and reliable financial reports and information.
  • Develop and implement the systems and processes to protect the company's assets and to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions.
  • Develop and implement the processes and procedures to provide best-in-class general accounting services able to support an enterprise doing business in an expanding number of geographies.
  • Coordinate and manage the financial architecture required to support the company's multi-faceted insurance program.
  • Drive the adoption and implementation of data modelling, predictive analytics, artificial intelligence and business intelligence utilities to improve management reporting, financial planning, and financial analysis.
  • Conduct internal audits, perform financial risk assessments, and support risk management exercises.
  • Act as the Assistant Treasurer for the Bond Brothers Foundation Inc.
  • Partner and collaborate with Subsidiaries CFO's and Corporate VPs in HR, Legal and IT to promote and align business and financial strategies to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for the external auditors, bankers, and 401K partners.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses per the direction of the corporate CFO.


Education and Experience:

  • A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MA/MS in finance or business management
  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive financial management and accounting experience, with at least 5 years of experience working in a similar role for companies of similar size and complexity as Bond.
  • CPA or CMA required with strong working knowledge of financial accounting standards, regulations, and controls.
  • Proven competence and experience with sophisticated financial software and technology
  • Experience accounting for and integrating acquisitions would be high desirable.
