Position Summary:

The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for preparing, packaging, and processing all outbound and inbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery. This role is vital to maintaining efficient warehouse operations, meeting customer requirements, and supporting the company's quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Package and label finished goods according to GMP and customer specifications.


  • Prepare and Confirm accuracy of shipping documentation.
  • Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely shipment scheduling and pickups.

    Receive, verify, and distribute incoming materials and supplies.

    Perform other duties as assigned to support the logistics and operations team.


Must Have:



  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3-5 years in a shipping, receiving, or warehouse environment.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and process shipping documentation.
  • Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain it.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.


Good to have:



  • Experience in GMP or regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP or shipping software systems.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management procedures.
  • Safety or OSHA certification.
