Our university client has developed 15 whitepapers aimed at helping faculty promote innovation and entrepreneurship. Now, they're looking to turn that written content into a self-paced, multimedia learning experience within Canvas. Your role is to lead the design and development of these modules, bringing the material to life through animation, video, interactive elements, and other creative formats that reflect the client's forward-thinking culture. What You'll Do Review and assess source material. Read the whitepapers, identify key learning objectives, and propose the best structure for online modules. Design the learning experience. Apply adult learning principles to storyboard and script engaging, accessible eLearning content. Develop SCORM-compliant modules. Use Articulate 360 to build the final product, ready for upload to Canvas. Guide the visual direction. Offer recommendations on layouts, animation styles, and media to enhance the learner experience. Collaborate with SMEs. Ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with faculty needs. Stay on track. Work efficiently, provide regular updates, and keep the project moving forward. Start Date: Mid to late July Duration & Hours: To be determined by a consultant following an interview Location: Virtual Experience Required: Senior-level instructional design experience, with a strong portfolio of eLearning work Deep understanding of adult learning theory Experience working in higher education settings Proficiency in Articulate 360 (must use your own computer and license) Ability to recommend and implement design and media choices Ability to provide an estimate following an interview NOTE: 100% Virtual Positions Due to the nature of this virtual position, we anticipate a high number of responses from interested applicants. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
