A leading energy client is seeking short-term support (approx. 4 weeks) to review, analyze, and categorize legacy training content currently housed in their proprietary LMS. The existing content spans both generic and role-specific topics but is structured more like an encyclopedia than effective training. The goal is to assess how this content aligns with and can be mapped to a newly developed Enterprise Equipment curriculum. Scope of Work: The consultant will: Extract the content catalogue from the client's LMS. Create a comparative spreadsheet aligning existing content to the new Enterprise Equipment structure. Conduct an initial mapping based on obvious topic matches. Work collaboratively with internal learning experts who will validate and refine the content relationships. Ideal Candidate Profile: Strong experience in LMS administration; experience with proprietary or homegrown platforms is a plus. Oil & gas industry experience is highly desirable, though not required. Proven ability to assess training content quality and structure. Comfortable working independently while maintaining strong collaboration with internal stakeholders. Workstyle Expectations: The consultant should be proactive, organized, and able to drive deliverables and timelines with minimal oversight. Strong communication skills and the ability to make informed recommendations around learning best practices are critical. Logistics: Consultant must provide their own laptop and software/tools Access to client systems (SharePoint and LMS) will be arranged and expedited once onboarding is complete Start Date: ASAP (as early as week of June 30, 2025) Duration: Estimated 4 weeks (with some flexibility) Work Hours: 40 hours per week Location: 100% Remote Travel Requirements: None The pay range will is $55 to $65 per hour on W2 basis and is determined a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications, and specific work location.
