Job Description

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Business Analysts II in Jacksonville, FL to manage incoming new business opportunities for an assigned product area, managing both the pipeline of incoming deals as well as urgent requests. Work with the business and sales prioritize the backlog of items. Work across sales, line of business, development, professional services, implementations / migration, CIO and other teams to understand and ensure that deals are structured to. Maintain margins within business unit targets. Cover our costs of the solution going forward as the product grows. Provide clarity of levers available to the sales team to structure the deal in a way that is palatable to the client. Ensure that we are discounting the right items and maintaining/increasing pricing on the right items based on FIS's goals. Enhance our ability to either add or cross-sell additional product to the customer. Approve track deals within acceptable limits. Provide guidance and input on deal desk calls for deals as needed. Work with the Commercialization Operations team on deal tracking, cost assessment and cost allocation across clients. Determine which deals are within acceptable guard rails and do not need escalated to deal review. Provide input from senior management. Execute full executive deal review process. Provide guidance and support for assigned product area across all parts of the Commercialization business. Work with the product owners to create more accurate, appropriate, and simplified pricing for our solutions. Work with the go to market team to provide input on how to package and price multiple FIS solutions as single offerings.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation: reducing data analysis time through process improvements; utilizing Agile Project Management to ensure successful delivery of assigned projects on time; identifying and prioritizing business needs; developing effective resolution of business problems within designated timeframes; gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data including revenue, sales, market information, and customer engagement metrics; utilizing programming tools and data models to help visualize or monitor data; finding patterns and seeing areas in the data that signal a potential for improvement in business practices; and managing data using common data tools including Excel, Tableau, Oracle, Power BI and SQL. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in the above listed fields and two (2) years of experience in the above listed skills.
