Additional perks & benefits for year round employees POSITION SUMMARY The Mountain Bike Instructor is primarily responsible for coaching and guiding downhill mountain biking lessons to the guests of Stratton. Lessons are taught using similar methodologies to the Professional Ski Instructors of America/American Associate of Snowboard Instructors. Instructors will create a safe, fun, and positive learning environment that is catered to the needs of our guests. This is a part-time summer seasonal position. Compensation for this role is $20.00 - $21.50/hour based upon experience. All Instructor applicants should provide a letter of reference and submit a resume in order to be considered for a position. Letters of reference should pertain to the applicant's previous experience with teaching/coaching/mentoring, whenever possible. Stratton Mountain Resort will also conduct reference checks for all candidates being considered for employment and a criminal background check for all candidates who have been offered a position in our Mountain Sports School.
