Title: Procurement Contract Management Specialist
Location: Houston, TX

Salary: $67,500 to $85,000
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week
Relocation Available

Focus: The Procurement Contract Management Specialist is responsible for administrating the contract management procurement processes including work process compliance for DocuSign. This position serves as the direct interface between Procurement, internal clients, and senior leadership.

Procurement Contract Management Specialist Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage execution of DocuSign Contract Routing.
  • Control, manage, and educate end users in compliance to global contract work process and administrate all contract routings in contract workflow e-tool.
  • Provide guidance and training support on contract compliance to requesters and communicate status updates to key stakeholders accurately and timely.
  • Oversee processes and good practices to ensure contract database in SMS is accurate and up to date.
  • Identify and implement work process improvements to ensure efficient, reliable, and compliant contract management execution.
  • Maintain and update work process documents under the direction of Olin business process owner.

Procurement Contract Management Specialist Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree* in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of advanced experience with DocuSign with direct experience around contract issue management and compliance
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, Work and Outlook
  • Procurement operations experience and proficiency in SAP preferred
  • Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred
