VP; Corporate Banker

VP; Corporate Banker sought by BofA Securities, Inc. to create complex financial models & various financial analyses (incl. capital structure, capital allocation, & acquisition finance). Prepare & drive content of presentation materials for clients, incl. pitch books, lender, & investor presentations. Remote work may be permitted w/in a commutable distance from the worksite. Reqs: Bachelor's or equiv. & 3 yrs exp. in: Identifying banking/financial needs for large multinational corporate clients & presenting relevant product solutions incl. capital raising, credit, cash mgmnt, rates & currencies, leasing, & risk mgmnt; Executing financing transactions across various markets for clients incl. credit facilities, leasing structures, & cap mrkts transactions.
