Make you mark! Daikin Applied Americas, Inc. is seeking a full time Talent Acquisition Manager to support our operations sites. This role will serve on the Talent Acquisition leadership team and be an integral member of developing best practices and processes for the Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will lead a team in delivering high quality talent to meet the needs of designated business units. This role will partner with hiring teams to drive recruiting excellence, support and guide the recruiting team to success. A keen focus on team development, training and processes will be critical for the team to perform at its best to serve the needs of the business. Location: Hybrid (minimum of 3 days a week), Faribault, MN What you will do:
- Manages a talent acquisition team supporting the multiple manufacturing sites.
- Provides leadership to engage and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team
- Partner with business leaders, HR partners and internal stakeholders to to provide consultation related to all Talent Acquisition strategy and process recommendations to include service level agreements, team structure, budget and overall success.
- Implements process improvements and change activities that enhance the team's and organization's recruitment effectiveness
- Manages training and materials that improve hiring manager selection effectiveness
- Partners in the design and implementation of external recruitment and/or internal transfer programs to satisfy the organization's total talent requirements
- Ensures adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations governing the recruitment process.
- Works with broader Talent Management organization to enhance diversity hiring outcomes.
- Personally lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, hiring recommendations, expectation setting, and feedback delivery in close partnership with hiring managers.
- Accurately track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics and new hire data to stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and data-driven decision-making
- Facilitate the relocation process by working closely with transferees, new hires and third-party vendor as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 8 years of expereince within the Talent Acquisition functiuon
- 2 years of people leadership experience
Preferred expereince:
- Expereince supporting manufacturing, engineering, or HVAC functions
- Expereince in a high-volume, union environment
The typical salary for this position ranges from $90,000.00 - $148,800.00 + 10% bonus eligibility. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
