Competitive Compensation & Benefits: Receive a highly competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to make a direct impact in a role that values both performance and well-being Responsibilities include: Own and Drive Technical Accounting Excellence: Research complex accounting standards and author clear, well-supported technical accounting memos to ensure full compliance with GAAP and evolving regulatory guidance. Lead Financial Reporting with Precision: Prepare and review complete financial statements and footnotes with a high degree of accuracy and insight, supporting internal stakeholders and external audit requirements. Manage and Lead External Audits: Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors, leading the audit process end-to-end-including planning, coordination, issue resolution, and timely delivery of all audit deliverables. Oversee Core Accounting Functions: Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Accounts Payable and Billing departments, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with company goals. Streamline the Close Process: Identify and implement improvements in the month-end close cycle through effective process redesign, systems automation, and team leadership-shortening timelines while enhancing accuracy and visibility. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or Finance CPA is required. 7+ years of progressive industry accounting experience with 2+ years as an assistant controller or Controller. 4+ years working at public accounting firm Experience with private equity backed companies Experience with businesses with M&A Must have experience working with Sage Intacct To be immediately considered, APPLY NOW!
