Staffmark is looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join a leading logistics team as a Dock Worker in Rogers, AR. If you're ready to work hard, stay active, and thrive in a cold environment, we want to hear from you!

Pay Rate



  • $15.00/hour
  • Shifts: 12-hour rotating schedule (specific days and times discussed during interview)



What You'll Be Doing



  • Label products efficiently as they exit blast cells
  • Inspect and ensure all pallets are properly wrapped and undamaged before entering the freezer
  • Assist other dock workers with priority tasks
  • Replace broken pallets to ensure product safety
  • Maintain a clean, swept dock area
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Work in cold temperatures (around 30F)



What You'll Need



  • Comfortable working in cold environments
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic math skills, including use of a calculator
  • Strong attention to detail and safety
