We are seeking a long-termtemporary detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Global Shared Services team, located in Billerica, MA. This role ensures timely collection of outstanding invoices, minimizes credit risk, and maintains strong customer service focus while adhering to company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record in credit management and collections.

JOB DESCRIPTION



  • Manages collection process for assigned customer accounts;
  • Contacts assigned customs by phone and email to collect past due balances;
  • Investigate and resolve questions or payment discrepancies;
  • Monitor payment arrangements to ensure compliance with payment terms;
  • Process customer portal invoicing in a timely manager;
  • Research and monitor unapplied payments; processing customer refunds when applicable;
  • Generate and distribute monthly Customer Reminder Statements;
  • Analyze the status of credit and collection matters; providing regular updates to management;
  • Conduct credit review analyses on customers as needed;
  • Assist with identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives;
  • Performs other duties as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS



  • 3-5 years of experience in credit and collections, Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred;
  • Attention to detail and focus on tasks at hand;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong customer service focus;
  • Communicate effectively, understanding when and what level to escalate issues;
  • Highly motivated self-starter with proven ability to learn new concepts independently;
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Experience with S4/HANA and AX Dynamics is preferred;



This position requires the use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
