Parts Coordinator

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Parts Coordinator position within our team. This role is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment that supports our field technicians and service operations. This is a customer-focused position with a strong emphasis on prioritizing customer's replacement parts requests in a timely manner. The successful candidate will work closely with our field technicians, customers, and our vendors in a professional manner to meet/exceed their replacement service parts needs.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

• Pick, pack, and ship parts to field technicians.
• Receive incoming parts and stock them to assigned locations.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Process part returns from technicians and handle warranty returns.
• Manage excess and obsolete inventory.
• Assist with van and warehouse inventory counts.
• Order supplies for the office as needed.
• Distribute PPE to all new hire technicians.
• Communicate with vendors regarding orders and returns.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the parts room and warehouse.
• Process parts return requests according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate professionally and proactively with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Inventory/shipping and receiving experience.
• Ability to prioritize workload.
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office, and Inventory ERP systems
• Prior inventory management experience
• Clean, valid driver's license
• Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
