Anticipated Wage: $38.88-40.06 per hour; depending on qualifications.

Days shift hours: 7a-3:15p

Swing shift hours: 3p-11:15 p

Grave shift hours: 11p-7:15a

You must be able to work any shift.

SUMMARY:

To maintain plant facility and equipment by using resources and tools available; Trouble shoot equipment using PLC logic; Write/modify PLC programs as needed; Perform preventative maintenance; complete paperwork.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:



  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Certificate from a technical institute is preferred.
  • One-three months related experience and/or training.
  • Knowledgeable of Windows based spreadsheet, database and word processing applications.


LANGUAGE SKILLS:



  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English, and interpret documents such as specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively with co-workers and supervisors.


CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:



  • Certificate from a technical institution is preferred
  • Ability to use a computer and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in high, precarious places and is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and risk of electrical shock.
  • The employee occasionally works in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed chemicals and heat.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
