JOB MISSION:

The Senior Producer, reporting into the Senior Manager of Global Content Operations,plays a pivotal role within the Global Content Factory's in-house photography studio. As the studio's production lead, this individual is responsible for managing the production team and ensuring the successful execution of all projects. The Senior Producer must be highly collaborative, working closely with internal studio teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and external partners to deliver a best-in-class client experience that helps elevate the brand. This includes maintaining rigorous oversight of budgets and timelines, and ensuring a seamless, efficient workflow for every shoot.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Blend of strategic thinking, project management and hands-on execution, with a focus on strong creative partnership, continuous improvement, expanding our external network and staying ahead of trends
  • Guides the producers and is available as a resource for them and their productions, while maintaining their own large-scale productions
  • Maintains overall budgets, reconciles all shoot-related billing and expenses, and produces regular updates to leadership - identifying areas of opportunity to streamline and become more efficient across productions and programs
  • Research and propose talent to fit creative concepts, in partnership with the creative team, arranging portfolio reviews between creative team leaders and artist
  • Work alongside Creative Manager and Creative Operations on internal and external schedules; works alongside Post Manager/ Post Producers on overall timeline schedules up through delivery

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • A minimum of at least 7-10 years of studio industry experience with producing video, on-location as well as in-studio
  • Passion for the brand, sport and culture
  • Self-motivated, flexible, highly communicative and experienced in developing cross-functional partnerships; ability to translate best in class production experience into a corporate landscape
  • Experience with DAM and project management systems is a plus
  • Expected to work from the New Balance Boston Headquarters a minimum of 3 days per week, some travel will be required

Flexible Work Schedule

Our North American hybrid model encourages rich in-person experiences, showcasing our commitment to teamwork and connection, while maintaining flexibility for associates. New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Our offices are fully open, and amenities are available across our North American office locations. To continue our focus on hybrid work we have introduced "Work from Anywhere" (WFA) for four weeks per calendar year. This model will help us enhance our culture while continuing to maintain elements of flexibility.
