Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day project and tactical execution liaison supporting a high level pharmaceutical client in the oncology space.
  • Responsible for developing and managing communications materials for branded pharmaceutical product and disease education (unbranded) campaigns, including content development, influencer and patient engagements, media relations, social media activations, and PR events. Expected to establish and maintain day-to-day contact with clients, driving projects forward efficiently with a strong attention to detail, and collaborate with multiple partner organizations and vendors.
  • Role requires a strong communicator, writer and strategist, who can work well with within a large team as well as work directly with clients to solve problems and implement programs.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in healthcare communications
  • Interest in media relations, social media, scientific communications influencer and patient engagements
  • Strong writing, and oral communications skills, with ability to present effectively and articulate complex ideas
  • Strong project management skills, including timeline tracking, quality control and logistics planning, attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration skills, a proactive communicator, driven and self-motivated
  • High attention to detail, organization and experience managing up and down across fast paced account with large team
  • Oncology experience is preferred, but not required

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $80k to $90K. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
