Project Architect - Federal Projects REMOTE Garver's growing Buildings team is looking to add an experienced
Project Architect - Federal Projects. The right candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of overall Architectural experience focused on Federal Projects. The typical clients that this role will focus on are those from the Air Force, Navy, National Guard, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, including both design-build and design-bid-build projects. Strong skills in construction detailing, construction documents assembly, building component integration, specification development, engineering discipline coordination, project communication and leadership are required.
This candidate must be able to integrate into an in-house multi-disciplinary team setting. Candidates should have extensive experience with Revit. Construction administration experience is a plus. We believe that overall project design is improved by simplifying the interaction and communication between architecture and engineering teams. The successful candidate for this position will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of architects, engineers, planners, and designers on a large variety of project types. We are looking for an architect who will be excited to join Garver in expanding our capabilities, and who appreciates blending functional requirements with aesthetic concepts.
