Where you will work: This position offers a hybrid work option 50 remote and is open to any Compeer office location in MN-Lakeville; MN-Mankato; MN-Rochester.

The contributions you will make: This position is responsible for the integrity of the Appraisal Data, Systems and Technology to support the Appraisal Team.

A typical day:



  • Manages outside data integrations with CamoAg (VIEW), AgWare and any new partners to ensure data integrity, reliability and accuracy.
  • Develops reports and processes for the Appraisal support team to capture and correct errors and assist in ensuring data integrity within AgWare suite of products and other platforms data is interfaced to.
  • Leads the quality assurance process to monitor the clean-up process of data written to be compatible with AgWare suite of products and other data platforms.
  • Assists leadership with data related questions and inquiries.
  • Monitors the development and testing of system processes and document flow done by Business Technology and outside vendors.
  • Troubleshoots client and internal team member issues and escalates to other business departments.
  • Coordinates with BT on new technology rollouts and software upgrades; manages testing prior to rollout, sets and communicates expectations, best practices, and training to the Appraisal team.
  • Compiles feedback on systems and processes to share with the team to discuss suggestions and/or solutions to enhance the client experience.
  • Manages permissions, authorizations and security review process for all software and active directories.
  • Creating educational materials and trainings for the team when there are software updates and new tools deployed.
  • Collaborates with BT and Business Process Improvement team to identify, evaluate, and implement technologies or process improvements to enhance operating efficiencies, promote standardization, improve sales and/or enhance the client experience.
  • Coordinates and supports various technology integration and improvement efforts to support product delivery as the subject matter expert for Appraisal.
  • Works directly with external vendors and internal technology resources to develop or enhance departmental systems to gain efficiencies and enhance the client experience.
  • Manages the SharePoint site for the department.
  • Reviews the Business continuity plan, makes updates as necessary and ensures the Appraisal team's understanding and awareness.
  • Provides business case and project support for requests being submitted to iTap.
  • Manages invoice payments to outside sources and coordinates with Appraisers to identify overdue invoices and collection strategy.
  • Coordinates with EFM to back out uncollected invoices from variable compensation calculations.
  • Collaborates with EFM to maintain Power BI invoice data reports.
  • Creates Power BI reports and provides data information to the appraisal team and leadership as needed.
  • Provide support for quarterly audit of appraisals.
  • Builds and maintains knowledge and skills sufficient to achieve Compeer goals within area of responsibility.
  • Works with other business units to provide and utilize appraisal data


The skills and experience we prefer you have:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology systems, information management, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Minimum of 5 years of appraisal and/or technology support experience in a financial institution.
  • Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem solving, decision making and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications, customer relationship management (CRM) programs and Power BI development.
  • Knowledge of Database and report development languages such as T-SQL and DAX.
  • Understanding of Database best practices and ETL methodologies for reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively work with mid and senior level managers, marketing, technical team members, and production managers to develop long term strategic relationships.
  • Must be analytical, have strong technical skills while being a strong communicator to non-technical team members.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to implement new ideas and influence others to produce better decisions, self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to adapt to change and balance competing demands with a positive attitude.
  • Valid driver's license.

The actual title and base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.

$66,000 - $99,700 USD
