JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Execute corporate facility initiatives by effectively communicating, leading and coaching direct and indirect reports within region to success
  • If applicable, monitor performance goals and communicate results; contribute ideas to address concerns and guide direct reports effectively to encourage continual improvement; collaborate with key associates in Line of Business (LOB) to obtain guidance when making decisions and resolving issues
  • Responsible for all aspects of the work order stream including preventative maintenance, alteration & improvement requests, service work, inspection work and field work orders
  • Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs
  • Schedule maintenance and monitor the operation of all utility systems such as heating, ventilating and air conditioning
  • Supervise janitorial services and grounds maintenance such as landscaping, lawn care and snow removal
  • Conduct space planning and modify building/equipment layouts in response to changing organizational needs
  • Solicit bids, select contractors/subcontractors, and negotiate bids for the renovation or construction of facilities
  • Responsible for department budget, equipment forecasting, request for proposal, asset management and proposals for replacement
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards
  • Other duties as assigned



EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE



  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Related field or trade apprenticeship graduate preferred
  • 4-6 years related experience, previous management experience preferred



OTHER INFORMATION



  • This role does not currently include direct reports but may evolve to include people management responsibilities in the future.
  • Must have valid Driver's License, a personal auto insurance policy and a positive driving record



TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Frequent regional travel within North and South Carolina. You will receive a company vehicle to travel between office locations throughout the workday. This vehicle is provided for work related purposes only and is not intended for personal leisure outside of work hours.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS



  • Push, pull or lift up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, up to 50 lbs. frequently, and 20 lbs. regularly
  • Spend long periods of time standing and/or walking
  • Climb ladder and/or ramps regularly
  • Stoop, crouch and kneel regularly
